Your contract is with PMVA Australia so all you have to pay is your fortnightly direct debit which includes GST. We’re an Australian company so there is nothing else you need to worry about. We handle paying your Virtual Assistant’s wages, sick pay, employee-related taxes, insurance, office space, equipment, management and supplies. We do ask that you pay 10 days paid annual leave per annum (5 days can be used between Xmas Eve and New Years Day).

We have a state of the art office, equipment and training facilities and work hard to provide a superior team environment and culture in our  Philippines Office. We want you to know your Virtual Assistant is being taken care of at all times. Due to Covid19 work from home is only an option if the Virtual Assistant is in isolation, waiting for a swab test or the government has ordered it. In that case we have a protocol that ensures your data safety and we supply all the equipment necessary to keep performing at our best.
